FACTS 771 PO receipts

I have a customer on 771 and every once in a while when receiving not all the lines get updated. They had a 40 line PO and received 39 lines and backordered 1 line. They hit update and only the first 13 lines show on the PO fill and register. If you look at POI doc inquiry the total for the receipt shows the correct dollar figures but the lines do not add to that total. The GL post correctly based on hte lines received but some of the lines just dissapear. This only happens every once in a while maybe 1 out of 100 or so POs, and see no pattern.

Has anyone else experienced this? I can't seem to reproduce
