Printing from Citrix Xenapp 6.5

We have been struggling with printing from Visual in our Citrix environment. When we launch Visual the users default printing is set to be the default printer in Visual. If the user goes into Printer Setup and changes to a different printer Visual will not retain the new printer. You can open Printer Setup again the original default printer is still selected.
Has anyone been able to resolve this issue?

We have the same issue and have not been able to resolve it.

We have struggled with this issue for quite awhile, and haven't been able to resolve it either. INFOR has told us that it is a Citrix issue. One suggestion that we were given is to have the user "view" the report first. This should then allow them to select a printer, and have it "stick" for the report to be printed correctly. Unfortunately, you have to do this each time you want to print...
