One of the most important aspects of running an effective LMS is through the use of guides or documentation. Infor LMS provides various resources from standard documentation, Video Guides, Knowledge Bases( which are found in the Support Portal and Concierge), as well as additional documentation that LMS Support or your CSM may provide. However, some organizations like to create their own documentation for their administrators, managers, instructors, and users that pertain to their settings or to their standards.
