We are in the process of setting up Social Collaboration. Any tips and tricks would be very useful!

I agree. We haven't set up Social Collaboration yet, but are interested in learning more.

I also would enjoy seeing more demonstrations of Social Collaboration. I think there is a lot of potential with this tool and I would like to understand more about what could be done with it.

Some other topics that would be of use:

- HTML Coding in widgets (best practices with some examples, what the LMS does and does not support).

- How to setup various different kinds of uploads. We are just getting to the point where we are understanding the power of the various upload types and their uses. Attendance Data Import, Course Event Import, and imports to enroll people into courses/events.

- Best practices when working with different "level 2"s in the hierarchy. Leveling issues are common when user profiles, courses, events, etc. don't line up. Would be curious to know best practices of companies to pre-empt leveling issues when trying to personalize the user experience at different levels of the hierarchy.

- An update on enhancement requests. Maybe the top 3 that are going to be released for use in the next 1-2 months. For example we are not using evaluations in the LMS because they can't be branded with department logos,etc. We have heard that this is being worked on. Maybe progress has been made faster than we think for a fix.
