Hey Everyone,
Our team has been testing out the associated items substitute item function. We have everything setup per the item substitution fact sheet provided by INFOR (Item record, Item group Record).. We are having the issue of items not auto subbing when the out of stock item is selected in RSS. The item will show that a substitute item is available for the item in the search catalog, but will not auto sub. Also, the sub item doesn't display on any actual templates.
Has anyone else had a similar experience? Any recommendations? Anyone have this function working?
