Basic Certificate Program

- Simple Program that requires multiple courses for completion
- Annual Recertification/Dated Recertification
- Most Certificate Programs are typically Basic
Annual Safety Course - requires the user to take the course yearly. The Certificate Program can be basic such as the single course and using Annual Recertification that would occur on Jan 1st

Advanced with Requirement Groups

Advanced Certifications require users to complete multiple levels of certification that may extend over a broader period.
Each requirement may have different requirements with regard to deadlines, maintaining compliance, and recertification-for example, a basic certification may never expire but an expert or master level might require annual recertification

- Program that has varying levels of advancement but the Certificate Program moves to completed once the requirements are met
- Each requirement needs different deadlines/expiration/reset dates
- Annual Recertification/Dated Recertification for ALL requirement groups at the same time
The Certificate may not show as “Not Complete” if a Requirement group is reset.
Scenario:
A Program for new employees is required upon joining your Organization. There are several courses that need to be taken however each group of courses has a different time frame for completion (Orientation needs to be completed within 15 days of enrollment while a Safety course needs to be completed within 3 months).

Advanced with Certificate Program Levels

Advanced Certifications require users to complete multiple levels of certification that may extend over a broader period.
Each requirement may have different requirements with regard to deadlines, maintaining compliance, and recertification-for example, a basic certification may never expire but an expert or master level might require annual recertification

- Program that has varying levels of advancement with each advancement being its OWN certificate.
- Certificate Program itself will not move to Complete but the Certificate Levels inside of the Certificate will move to complete
- Each requirement needs different deadlines/expiration/reset dates
- Annual Recertification/Dated Recertification for each Certificate Level.
Scenario:
Tech Division wants to start a new program for staff. This will contain courses for the varying levels of Tech(Tech Level 1, Level 2, Master Level, etc). Users will be assigned the Certificate Program and can complete just the Level 1 Certificate or can continue with advanced training. With each Certificate Level, it may require that each Certificate Level needs to be reset at different times (Level 1 – every 2 years, Masters Every year).
