GDPR in M3

Hello

Has anyone tried to use GDPR module in M3 ?

In our case, personal data can be present in customer addresses and customer order addresses.

But as we use generic customers, and 'real' data are at address level, M3 proposes to crypt all addresses for my generic customer each time I run a search.

And customer order addresses are no longer taken into account in standard GDPR files.

Hi Agnes,

I have been working in the module.

you are allowed to delete data subject you don´t want to do actions on in CMS212.

Perhaps you could also look at how you actual do your search, are there any other ways of getting the data you want.

can you maybe provide a bit more info on what you actually want to do or be able to do and refer to programs as well?

Thanks a lot for manifesting interest for my problems. I am aware I can delete actions in CMS212 but this cannot be a solution in my case.

We use generic customers and addresses are automatically created during sales order entry.

For example,
I have a customer GEN_DIVI001 and 40000 adresses attached.
The "real" data for the customer is entered at address level.
When I run the search on the name, CMS210 runs for 1.5 hours, finds the name in the addresses, and proposes to cript all 40000 addresses.
I would have to delete 39999 entries in CMS212 before executing the actions.

Another solution would be to deactivate addresses creation in CRS610 during order entry so addresses are only created in OOADRE.
But OOADRE is no longer available as standard file in CMS075/CMS076. Is was available but when I run F14 to regenerate standard fields it disappeared. I opened a case in Infor Concierge and the answer was that as CUNO is not available in OOADRE this file should not have been made available in CMS075/76 so they have removed it.

I tried to add manually OOADRE in CMS075/76 but the only action available in CMS076 is '4-manual' so the option is very limited. From my understanding this option means that after running search in CMS210, I have to go to search results, then from CMS210 go to view data subject (CTRL+20) and then make the changes manually but I have no trace of the change. Could you confirm my understanding of the process is correct ?

Sorry my delayed answer.

Maybe I don´t understand your setup with addresses totally, since I have not seen it, but those 40.000 addresses attached to one generic customer, is that not setup in OIS002? OIS002 is OCUSAD and there should be a CMS075 and CMS076 record for this?

I am not sure of your setup since I have not seen it, can you explain why it is setup like that shorty maybe?

Sorry if my explanations are not clear, to give you further details :

Our orders are created by interface, and the order type is set up to create the addresses in OIS002.
I create orders on the customer GEN_AAA and specify address during order entry.
This set up is done because for the moment we do not use M3 for Sales, it is only used for logistics and production. All data are transmitted by interface and we did not want to create and manage Customers in M3 before implementing Sales in M3.

After each order entry, the system creates addresses in OCUSAD, for example :
Customer GEN_AAA
Address #0001 - Agnes
Address #0002 - Toto
Address #0003 - Titi
Address #0004 - Tata

In CMS075, I have only one active search criteria, OCUSAD/OPCUNM, created in standard.

In CMS076, I have only one active action, it is to set an anonymous key (option 3) on OCUSAD/OPCUNM.

In CMS210, when I run the search for Agnes, the proposed results are to crypt the name on all 4 addresses, so I have to delete Toto, Titi, Tata before launching the execution.

I would like the system to propose only the address for Agnes because currently I need to search manually for the right address to crypt, and anyway this is impossible to do when you have 40.000 addresses to review.
