Scheduling AdHoc report with dynamic selection field (Date)

I have tried to schedule an AdHoc report with a selection by date.
When the scheduler run the report I would like the selection field to use todays date.

In "standard" scheduling you can define selection fields and set the logic, but when scheduling the AdHoc report I'm not able to get the "dynamic" fields. Therefore the scheduler will run the report with a fixed date, and that's useless.

I hope there is a solution for this…….

Create fields automatic in SHS035:

In your adhoc report, use your date as a "select". For example, adhoc on MITPLO file:

Set your adhoc to accept scheduling in AHS110/F:

Save it, launch it and leave the selection date blank in AHS150.

Enter the SHS230 settings as required:

Screen SHS230 should appear with selection date ZFSLCT/ZTSLCT:

note : if you are using several dates, then ZFSLC2/ZTSLC2 would appear)

Right-clic change on these fields to adjust the settings accordingly:

Use current date should be the proper option here.

Did you set up SHS030/SHS031 for program AHS110? You should be able to create the fields automatically (WFFDAT and WFTDAT) in SHS031 so you can supply dynamic logic when submitting reports. When you go to schedule an ad hoc report that has a date as one of the selection filters, it will ask how you want the date set (current date, first date of current period, etc.).

I have tried to define SHS030 and SHS031 for the report, but not succeeded to get any "Job schedule fields" visible in SHS035.
Since every report is unique when it comes to selection fields it's not clear how the selection fields should appear.
How should the scheduling be defined in SHS030/SHS031 in order to be unique for the actual report?
What should I put in the fields "Function", "Program" and "Job"?
