XRL/Infor Query & Analysis and Office 2013

Hi All,
We have a client that has some new PC's and all have Office 2013 ( 32 bit ).
We are having a problem getting the ADD IN to appear in Excel.
I have went through all the additional notes from Pegasus and add on still not appearing.
At the moment in Excel under add on's I can see the COM add in.
The load behaviour is " loaded " and it is appearing as an ACTIVE ADD on , however the drop down menu for Infor is still not appearing.
I was wondering if any one else has come across this.
Pegasus are asking me to uninstall Office and XRL again and start again !!!
Not sure how this will resolve the issue as XRL has been removed a few times already and same issue occurs.
Version of XRL is 1.61 ( latest Version)
Any help at this stage would be much appreciative.
