Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: The credits specified by the user in the Add Outside Credit page are not being rendered correctly upon saving. This issue only applies if User Language is French.
- Resolution: Credits are now correctly rendered.
Issue: The system is not displaying the correct certification expiration date when an admin configures the certification rule by days. Moreover, the "Extend expiration to the end of the month" option only becomes configurable when an admin selects the certification expiration by days.
- Resolution: An admin has an option to configure the Certification Expiration by years instead of days. In addition to that, the existing component "Extend expiration to the end of the month" check box is made applicable when an admin selects the Certification Expiration either by month or year.
ILM Portal
Issue: ETL took longer time to complete. The error logs also show that the data with an apostrophe are unhandled.
- Resolution: The process has been optimized to be able to handle huge amount of data. The data with an apostrophe are also addressed.
Issue: When an admin creates an e-meeting, there is a time misalignment between the admin and Learner schedules.
- Resolution: An admin is now required to input the current user time zone when creating and/or updating the user profile. The time zone specified will be the basis when computing the correct date and time in these pages:
- Admin > User > New User Registration
- Admin > User > Update Profile
- Admin > User > View Profile
- Admin > Courses > Course Events > Edit Events > E-Meetings Tab
- Admin > Courses > Course Events > View Events > E-Meetings Section
- Admin > Courses > Course Events > View Events > E-Meetings Section > View E-Meetings
- Learner > Course > Course Details > Events > Show More
- Learner > Virtual Classroom
- Learner > Virtual Classroom > Details
For the existing users which timezone is not explicitly configured, their timezone will be based on the browser
