Lawson - Supply Chain Management Customer Community [READ ONLY]
EDI printing 810 invoices

We are having an issue with some EDI vendors that send us 810 invoices that do not want to send a hard copy of the invoice anymore. We need it to put in our document imaging management system.
We asked Lawson if there was a way to print some kind of invoice based on the EDI data coming in but that is not available.
Is anyone else having this issue and did you resolve it?

We actually have the electronic EDI invoices converted into images by our Imaging system. It uses a generic template that reads through the MA540 input file after it is processed through Lawson.

We bring in our EDI invoices through a 3rd party, GHX (Global Healthcare Exchange) and we are able to print invoice copies from this system for up to 6 months after receiving.
