We currently manage Absence Management outside of GHR/S3 and manually use Leave of Absence for tracking.
We are working on optimizing LOA by turning on the automation functionality to include email notifications and workflows.
Is anyone else currently using the LOA for Leave Management and if so would you be willing to share how the request forms and certification signature process is managed? Are employees scanning and attaching completed forms or have you set up responsive forms and acknowledgement fields to keep the request within the system?
Any insight is appreciated.
