I have put in a ticket to Infor but have gotten no good response. This would be the second time that this has happened.
The first time we solved this issue by uninstalling and reinstalling Visual twice on the server followed by a reboot. Six months later, the problem has resurfaced and unfortunately, the past fix of reinstallation did not work this time.
Previously, we were unable to duplicate it anywhere. Now, I actually have a virtual machine that duplicates the problem. I tried giving it to Infor Support but have been unsuccessful getting them to look at the problem or find me a solution.
Has anyone had this problem? Basically, we print the invoices to PDF. The pdf "printer" starts the "printing" and counts up the number of pages. However, when it gets to the end of the invoices, it just hangs up. It goes to "Not Responding". I actually left it open on my virtual one night to see what would happen. It eventually just errors out.
Right now, our finance department has to print the invoices as duplicates one by one. And this is not a good solution. SO I am hoping someone out there has had this problem and successfully fixed it.
