Report Writer calc to sum Usage based on last 365 days from today
Legacy Contributor
I have a customer that wants to generate a report in Report Writer that will give them a running total on Usage by item for the last 365 days. They are currently on 7.8 and prior to this version they just used the buckets in IC.WH.ITEM. Now that this information is stored in ICUSED I'm finding it more difficult to get that information for them. Has anyone done anything like this before?

Tresia,
I will help you with this on Monday and we can post the expression you need to use for anyone else. - Michael

Hi-
I have not tried this in 7.8 yet but- using report writer and a calculation for a running total-
In the field expression-
Calc Name RUNNING_TOTAL
Type Codes: N,L12,JR,P,2
HEADING: RUNNING TOTAL
EXPRESSION:
@TEMPRUN=
@TEMPRUN+USAGE
,
@FLD=
@TEMPRUN
I don't know the name of the usage field in ICUSED but that would replace 'USAGE' in the above expression.
Hope it works.
