Use Script to control Personalization(s)

I was wondering if anyone has had any luck with controlling what Personalization(s) are launched for a User based on Values in the Header?

We're in the situation where a Personalization would work great to mark specific List Records in a certain way, but I only want this functionality for i.e. types of Orders, and that information is only available in the Header, thus I assume my only option is a Script.

Do you have a specific example (program, what is in the header, etc.)?

I am color coding the Line(s) based off of the Lot# containing specific Character (Personalization)
I want to ONLY use this personalization if the ORCA = 411 on the Header.
Hopefully this should not be a horrible undertaking.

Upon checking, looks like personalizations will only let you color code based on the data in the lines. Otherwise you would be looking at a script to get values from the header to apply color codes to the lines (we use this currently in OIS101 based on values retrieved from APIs). To avoid scripting, would it be acceptable to include the order category as one of the columns in the view for MMS120? Then you can color code only the lines where ORCA = 411 (you're just wasting a column).

Unfortunately the Views in MMS121 are hard-coded currently, I wish I could add the Column, that would indeed solve my issue.

If you know of a way to do this and also how to prevent the field from 'resetting' (as per my referred posting) it would be appreciated with a presented solution, instead of the answer above (which doesn't help at all).

In this case is better You always put part of Your code.

But I think is better You use CUGEX tables to store the personalizations and not use H5.

The same for Custom Fields....

You can create a script in CMS080 to manage CUGEX tables - see the attach image.

Did you even read my question?
I want to base my logic of a 'Standard Field' that is not available in this Program (Order Type).
I have since found a solution that works for us, but Custom Table is not helping this scenario.
