Where in Infor FSM is the equivalent of CB25 and CBRECON for Manual Entries?

In S3, we only import payment transactions to reconcile. These get loaded to the CBRECON table which can be viewed via CB25. CB25 allows you to enter manual reconciliation entries. In Infor FSM, we are trying to replicate this process. But, I cannot find a CB25 equivalent screen that would allow me to manually enter transactions for reconciliation. I have found and researched the bank statement interface stuff, and so far this is as close as I can get. But, I was hoping to "start small" in my tests and be able to enter a few manual entries a la CB25, but cannot find the equivalent!

Hi Jeremy -

Here is the answer that I received from the Development team:

CBRECON (CB25) functionality was replaced in FSM with the CashLedgerBankUpdate table. You can manually reconcile records by either the transaction number (ie check number) or by the Transaction Identifier (new in FSM).

You can navigate to the forms by:

Cash Accountant -> Process Cash Ledger -> Cash Ledger Bank Update Maintenance (or Cash Ledger Bank Update for the upload action)

Thanks, Hans! I actually got my answer from a support ticket over the weekend, too and this matches. I would suggest this gets added to the S3 to Infor FSM crosswalk document that's out there. We simply could not find this one in it!

There's a document titled Infor CloudSuite Financials and Supply Management Report Mapping User Guide that has many reports/programs in it that equate the old S3 name to the new Infor CSF (FSM) equivalent. In it, it goes from CB181 to CB186, skipping CB185. I'd suggest adding to there. I know this is for reporting (according to title) but CB185 should be added here and if there is not an equivalent document for screen names such as "CB25 is now this form" perhaps one should be added?

Also, the Infor CloudSuite Financials & Supply Management Table Definitions Full Listing listed some things regarding the CB185 tape files. Maybe this document could be updated to clarify where these files load to?
