Employee Photo on LRCEmployeeAtAGlanceDetail form

Hello
I swear we figured out a way and had it restricted so employees can't upload their own photos.

We use our employee badge photos via an import but recently found people are changing their photos and not always appropriate.

I have looked at the form in config console but can't see how to restrict the 'browse/clear' option when you hover over a photo.

I can't find my notes or remember details from back in 2018 when we did this.

Anyone have any insight?

A couple of things come to mind. One option would be to make the ResourcePicture.File field on the LRCEmployeeAtAGlanceDetail form as Display only. The other possible solution is to modify the Employee_ST security so it only has Inquiry type access to the Field ResourcePicture.File within the Employee business class. I think the most logical place to do this is probably within the GHREmployeeSelfAccess_ST security class.

We went with Don's first option on our end since ESS uses a different form:

two column

valid when (not EmployeePictureUpdateFromActorEnabled)
ResourcePicture.File
   no label
   align as label
   display only
   display as portrait image up to 6 lines
   missing image is missingphotoPerson
