Business Class for Audit Records

We have a request from our Auditors to provide a report/listing of all the JE's processed for a specific time period with some specific information. Most of the data can be found, but we need to include audit data such as the user that created and approved the JE, along with the date/time stamp for each. Does anyone know the Business Class that we should refer to in order to find this data in Infor, or is there something we could do with our replication to include that info in our replication?

If it goes via a process flow you could get it from PfiWorkUnit and related tables.

Also you may need to export it to Infor Data lake via a replication set and report out of it

If you replicate the audit log data, this will contain additional information on who created and the different changes contained in the audit log. That may be different than the approver, but this would be what you see in the audit log.

This is how I get that same info for GHR actions from the database. But if you are cloud multi-tenant you will need to use landmark methods to pull it. WKU.ACTOR initiated, then each occurrence of APP.AUTHENTICATEDACTOR is in the approval chain. However, if your system is set to aggressively purge work units, you may not have this history. We setup an extract to pull this into a datamart archive in order to keep it for audit reporting later. But likely you could do the same with Birst. We need to do an enhancement request to make this a pre-defined archive to keep for all Infor systems.
