Has anyone seen the following problem recently:
We have an end user that about 3 weeks ago started getting 'Sorry this Record is Unavailable for Change, would you like to Retry'. They have a number of users and most will be in SOP where this message appears more frequently but also one user gets it often posting within Sales Ledger. At the same time users also started getting File in use messages when updating reports within XRL
They do get the normal multi user locking error that occurs using the same record and this then releases fine but the above problem is causing issues
Pegasus was upgraded early January so not related to this. It seems to be some sort of file locking and their IT company adamant nothing has changed - we've asked for all the normal checks re AV etc.
At about the same time they have started creating works orders at the same time as sales orders but we have other sites do this and no-one else is logging any issues - for their own tests they are going to not do this for a couple of days to see if the message stops but not sure if this is the problem why a user posting a sales receipt would get the message
