GHR ACA - Full-time Employee Count and Total Employee Count on ALE Member

Wondering how others that have processed ACA out of GHR have got the Full-time Employee and Total Employee counts that need to be populated on the ALE member. This is our first year processing ACA out of GHR and are having trouble finding the replacement for S3's BN255.

Hello Kristen, we have run active employee reports as of the first of the month in GHR using the "Set As of Date" functionality in order to get the numbers for the 1094-C submission.

Thank you for your feedback! We did end up using the as of date for the total employee count, but then exported all the ACA hours records for the full-time employee count. That piece took a very long time to sort through. I submitted ER 70101 to request that Infor create a replacement for BN255 in GHR.

Hi all, I wanted to post again on this one as this topic came up on the Infor benefits year-end call. I had previously submitted an enhancement request for a replacement for BN255 but it's no longer available to endorse. If someone else submits a request, please comment here to add the ER number or link to the ER and I would be happy to endorse

Krisen I found it and it is ER 70101 and has been unarchived, so others can vote on it.

Hello, it seems like this is getting overlooked. I've opened a new ER for this - ER 109853. I hope we can get enough endorsements for this. The current process is performed manually, which is very time-consuming. If anyone has found an alternate method, I would be open to hear about it.
