Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: System throws internal server error when removing users through HRIS Utility.
- Resolution: The inconsistency when removing admin level via HRIS prior to validation of admin rights is addressed. Users are now successfully removed.
Issue: Certification status reflected in the notification email is incorrect.
- Resolution: Discrepancy on the status is addressed. Notification reflects correct certification status.
Issue: Distribution service issues in Certification Program resulting to longer time before users are assigned.
- Resolution: Clearing of users for certification program distribution process.
Issue: Unable to upload SCORM zip file extracted from LMS. This is because it contains jar files that are no longer supported in Cloud SCORM.
- Resolution: Jar files are removed in SCORM export template for SCORM 1.2 and 2004 versions. Notable item is that SCORM export file should be created again before downloading.
ILM Portal
Issue: When a course is removed from the certification program, the course completion deadline is reflected based on the certification.
- Resolution: Correct deadline of course is now displayed even after it is removed from the program and certification status is "Uncertified, Recertification Required".
