We have found that with the new SOHO controls in Enrollment Events (Open Enrollment and Life Events), when on the "Current Benefits" tab, the employee can click on "Designated Beneficiaries" or "Enrolled Dependents". Once they are on the screen to view currently enrolled dependents or designated beneficiaries, there is not a path on the screen back to the Life Event/no button to return to the Life Event.
The only way to return to the enrollment event is to click the "back" button in the browser which causes a lot of confusion for our employees.
I would appreciate any endorsements for this ER if you are experiencing the same issue.
