Hey everyone,
Infor spreadsheet designer does not have a free text filter which makes it challenging to filter on a large amount of data. We need a free text filter to drop our filter data in so that we have an easier and much quicker way of filtering rather than using the filter builder.
Workaround - Currently we are pulling more data than we should have to in the business class and then doing a VLOOKUP in EXCEL for the items that we want filtered on. Or doing a SQL query and then dropping into a spreadsheet. This creates extra work! Bigger queries and additional applications at times!
We need to be able to filter more freely in ISD by using a text filter where we can enter filter requirements.
Please endorse this much needed improvement!
