Union Payroll and employees who work in more than one State

Does anyone have experince with how to handle setting up Visual Payroll to handle the situation where employees work somewhere other than their home State on a single day or pay period? The wages they earn in another state are not taxable for their homes States local taxes. How have you set this up?
