Centura Report Formatting

1. Is there a way to anchor the Report footer to the bottom of the last page? Or another method of displaying text at the bottom of the last page only?

2. I've read may threads on the availability of displaying the total pages on each page of a report, i.e. page 1 of 5. How can this be accompished in this version?
