There is a need for Finance staff outside of payroll to access payroll distribution reports, wage history and deduction history reports for account reconciliation purposes.
Also, Finance staff need access to the payments section of reports in order to reconcile payroll checks to the bank. Currently, the upload file in CSF is adding the payroll related checks into cash management in CSF and the checks in payroll are not being reconciled.
We are requesting an additional role that will allow exporting and viewing of list views in GHR Payroll to specific reports. This role will also allow for reconciling of payroll checks.
