Something that may help.
Had a client with a number of new SPM company records and they wanted to use alpha codes a lot like the Sales ledger account codes in Orion, so for example BBC001 instead of the default all numeric company ref. Note the company ID number is still a number of course.
All seems to work beautifully until they came to capture docs using PDM. Again all worked well and the docs could be retrieved using PDM - Processing. What can't be done is to retrieve using Action - Document Manager on the company record. Seems to be a problem with non-numeric company codes.
Pegasus have acknowledged this and reproduced on demo data.
Could save some head scratching in the future until this is fixed.
