If using the Benefits module in GHR - how do you handle benefits that require approval by the carrier prior to enrolling resources?

Are you referencing optional plans like pet insurance? Build them in GHR benefits. They would be similar to a medical plan but options would be to enroll or not. Based on the elections, send file to the carrier. They would send back approvals and contribution amount/starting date to be loaded directly into payroll.
If you are referring to life insurance plans, there is EOI functionality in GHR benefits.
