Talent Management Preboarding Transition Tasks

Hi everyone,.  

We have just turned on SoHo in our Test environment.. .  We use Transition Management for our Preboarding tasks.  When a candidate signs in, he sees the SoHo panel with his name, inbasket, etc.  How can I suppress this?  It takes up too much real estate, and our TA team wants it defaulted Off.  Not sure if a Landing page needs to be reviewed, LPL, etc?  Just looking for a place to start looking.

Hi There,

If you are wanting to completely remove it, I would recommend doing this via whatever URL gets published.  You can append this parameter to the URL to hide this menu.

 

If you add &csk.hidemenubar=true to the url, it should hide that bar.

 

Assuming these links are being sent out via email templates, you could update the URL to include this parameter within the email template itself.
