Issue: Ad Hoc report does not show all the credit completions in user's transcript history
- Resolution: The user's transcript history for course credit completion is now displayed in the following: UserScore_V and Transcript_V
Issue: CC on email are empty for Event Reminder and Event (Past Deadline) Completion Deadline Reminder Notifications.
- Resolution: Users in CC receive the notifications successfully
ILM Portal
Issue: Non-mandatory requirement reflects certification deadline despite the mandatory requirement has already been completed.
- Resolution: Non-mandatory requirement becomes updated when transitioning status from "Recertification" to "Completed"

Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: Administrator cannot select the "Enroll all Users in the Selected Level" option from the Modify Enrollment Rules page of Certification. Administrator is also unable to uncheck "Enable Automatic Distribution"
- Resolution: Administrator is now able to select the options. The behavior is similar to the behavior in Manage Distribution Group
Issue: An error has been encountered in HRIS when populating values for common fields on which it includes dash symbol.
- Resolution: An administrator is now able to import through HRIS successfully including the values with special characters such as dash, end dash, and apostrophe.
Issue: The inserted images in the widget do not render successfully. The images are being overwritten.
- Resolution: Rich text editor is updated so that images are successfully added. This change has effect in rich text editor in these pages of the Designer role:
- a)Configure Dashboard > Announcement Widget
- b)User Access Restriction (custom message)
- c) Acknowledgment Page
Issue: An error has been encountered when generating Scores --By User report.
- Resolution: There are changes applied in the report query so that Scores --By User report is generated successfully
Issue: Client reports redundancy of a section in the WebEx e-meeting notification.
- Resolution: Resolution: The visibility of the section has been removed from the body of the The removed section displays these details:
- Type
- Organizer
- Date and Time with Timezone
- Recurrence Tagging (Yes/No)
Issue: Some users cannot login to the application. This is due to duplicate logout session recorded in the database.
- Resolution: System must record the latest logout session in the database so that the error is eliminated.
Issue: Client has been encountering timeout and slowness due to performance issues of web services
- Resolution: New service that is equivalent toFindUser method has been created. This service is GET/users and Get/users/{userId}
Issue: Client has been encountering timeout and slowness due to performance issues of web services.
- Resolution: New service that is equivalent to AssignUserManager method has been created.
Enhancements
New WebService has been added into the LMS. Please speak with your CSM about the new WebService updates.

- Resolution: HTML content on Manage Notification Profiles has been updated
Issue: Server error is displayed when selecting a date that has conflict with the chosen facility.
- Resolution: Correct error handling is implemented to replace the server error.
Issue: System throws an error when adding event notification and ZDD is on
- Resolution: Event notification is successfully added. This case is also handled when ZDD is on
Issue: Client has been encountering timeout and slowness due to performance issues of web services
- Resolution: New service that is equivalent AssignPortalManagerRoleToUser method has been created
Issue: There is a need for a new column that will display course type which must be consistent from what is displayed in the Courses page of Admin role
- Resolution: New column which is labeled as CourseType has been added to adhoc datasource course_v

Issue: Documents in Manage Portal Repository page are not accessible
- Resolution: Manage Portal Repository page automatically refreshes the folder inside every time it is Refresh will only trigger after 10 seconds of inactiveness

Issue: Learners are unable to maximize videos in CCCE courses
- Resolution: Learners are now able to maximize the videos in CCCE courses.

Issue: There is a need to add the abilities to extract and transfer data from the system
- Resolution: The capability of the System in generating and exporting data has been expanded into two sections: Generating CSV files from selected data based on the available HCM Learning and Development Business Classes. This feature is available to System Administrators only.
Issue: Client has been encountering timeout and slowness due to performance issues of web services
- Resolution: New service, UpdateCommonFieldValues method has been created.

Issue: System throws an error when deep linking or attaching an image in the Manage Notification Profile page. Issue occurs due to removal of modal pop-up in the page.
- Resolution: Missing modals have been addressed. Error no longer occurs.
Issue: There is one day discrepancy on the Completion Date of the Certification Program due to limited timezone conversion
- Resolution: Completion Date of the Certification Program are now displayed consistently
Issue: System gets an error every time the user access Transcript page due to duplicate entries.
- Resolution: An internal handling was implemented to ensure that duplicate entries will not be allowed by the system. Moreover, date cleanup has been conducted to remove duplicate entries

Issue: When comparing the data between course completion and the certification program completion, a discrepancy among the records found specific to a merged account.
- Resolution: Computation of the date and the completion status have been corrected when merging accounts.
Issue: Client needs full information to view how users are able to register to events. This information is accessed through Reports.
- Resolution: A new column, "Self RegistrationAvailable to Assigned Users Only" has been added in the following reports:EventLevel_V, EventLevelHistory_V, and spAuditTrailGetEventLevelHistoryChangeSet.

Issue: Completion Deadline configured in an expired Certification Program is still displayed in the course.
- Resolution: Completion Deadline is no longer displayed
Issue: Notification service was not able to find a user in the certification program because it has been removed resulting to errors in the notification logs

Issue: System throws an error when Admin tried to recreate an already archived user through the HRIS utility.
- Resolution: Archived users are now unarchived successfully. Moreover, it automatically inserts the following user data upon creation

Issue: Change User Event Placement pop-up screen provides very limited features when adding and searching for specific users.
- Resolution: The pop-up screen interface has been refined with additional features such as:
- Ability to search for a specific name via search box
- Ability to select and add multiple users at once
Issue: Completion deadline shows an incorrect value compared to what is configured by Admin through Distribution
- Resolution: Event with Completion Deadline enabled should now compute the correct completion date on the Learner's view when the user is enrolled through The change is reflected to the following pages:
- a) Learner > Courses > Course Details > Event
- b) Learner > Dashboard
ILM CCCE
Issue: Learners are able to clear incorrect answers even if the "Clear submitted answers" option is toggled off.
- Resolution: "Clear submitted answers" option is now working successfully when toggled on or off.

Issue: Event enrollment notifications are not being sent to users even if the course has multiple attachments with total of less than 20MB file size. The notifications are stuck in the Failed tab.
- Resolution: Event Enrollment Notification should be sent out to the users if the total file size of attachments are less than 20MB.
Issue: No default selected course types in Manager> Courses> Filter> Type
- Resolution: When Designer set pre-selected and visible filter options for course types in Configure Pages>Manager> Courses, the list of courses in Manager> Courses> Filter> Type should automatically be filtered based on the pre-selected and visible filter options

Issue: Instructors are unable to create a webinar or virtual classroom in Portal(Instructor > Add Virtual Classroom).
- Resolution: Instructors should be able to create webinar or virtual classroom in Portal (Instructor > Add Virtual Classroom) Only the time-zones list in the "Create E-Meeting" form is affected.
Issue: There is no option to configure the default and visible course types in Designer>Configure Pages> Manager> Courses Page.
- Resolution: Designer can now configure the following in the Configure Pages>Manager> Courses
Issue: Learners are unable to search for courses using common fields values as keywords in global search
- Resolution: Admin must be able to search for a course using common field as search criteria(existing operator “CONTAINS” will be applied)Acceptable common fields are the following: Drop-downs (Single and Multi-selection) and Text (Single and Multi-lines)
