We want to maintain our complete company organizational structure in Infor GHR and roll out manager space including performance manager. When we get down to a supervisor/similar level, we still want supervisors to be responsible for performance reviews, and see information about their direct reports. However, we want to restrict access to salary data.
I would expect there to be an easy answer for this, but I have been unable to locate this. Has anyone done something similar and how did you accomplish it?
