Description:Add a field for user/employee to be able to add a personal pronoun, similar to what is used in the LinkedIn profile. Encourages employee freedom of expression. From a reporting perspective, provides ability to gain insight on employee populations in order to be able to create more inclusive programs.
Work Around:Create a custom user field to capture data; or use a field for more than one purpose, ie entering pronoun and preferred name in the same field.
Proposed Solution:Consider adding a field for user/employee to be able to add a pronoun that connects to an employee’s identity within Candidate Experience and Employee Self-Service.
Having standardized list of values will aid in reports capturing data used by the Diversity & Inclusion Department to support organization driven initiatives.
Delivered functionality will avoid a cumbersome replication process and allow for reporting capabilities via BIRST dashboard
