Hi all,
First time posting on the forum, but this is an issue we've had on various customers with Opera 3 and Windows 10 going back ages. Logged it with Pegasus, but they have said it's environmental, the version of Windows, to reinstall the OS. When raising invoices the PDF is generating with either parts cropped off, or in some cases just a quarter of the invoice. If you switch off advanced previews then they generate fine on that same PC, logged in as the same user. Normally that is the workaround I give customers, but this one particular customer users the functionality offered with advanced previews, so won't turn it off. It is ok on older Windows 10 PCs that they have, but not on new laptops that they have recently bought. They managed to also cause the issue on one of the older PCs by running the PDFINST.exe in the O3 Client VFP folder and the install.exe in O3 Client VFPPrinterinst. It's not something I've been able to recreate on my own laptop.
Just wondered whether anyone else had come across this?
Many thanks in advance for any suggestions.
Derek.
