Good morning all, does anybody know how to reset the P11d ADMIN password? Customer forgotten all passwords and they have no idea what email addresses have been linked to the accounts so I can't use the forgotten password button!

Hi Richard, not sure if this will help but if you click the ABOUT button on the login screen (bottom left hand corner), that may help show which email address it is registered to?
Hi Rick. Had this a couple of times, and eventually had to contact Pegasus customer services for them to send me the password to unlock the admin user. Didn't even think about checking the about button before. Thanks for that Claire.
Just had one. Shame I didn't know the ABOUT button info an hour ago.
You don't need to know the email address to request the new password, just the username "ADMIN"
We were then able to see which email address the reset email was sent to in the logs on the email server. Fortunately, the IT still had access to the inbox.
good shout using the ABOUT button - change the email address on the ADMIN account and then use the forgot password button - thankyou
