In VTA, a timecard is created the first time an employee clocks in for that pay period. If an employee is scheduled for Vacation at the beginning of a pay period, no timecard is created until the employee comes back to work and no vacation labor tickets exist in VTA. As such, our reporting of labor costs for various reports doesn't reflect those vacation hours. Short of manually punching an employee in and then back out to trigger everything, is there any work around?
