HI Apologies if Ive sort of asked this before, but we're getting this on several sites & wondered if anyone else has?
Upgraded sites to the latest version of Opera for MTD purposes back in June 2021
On one particular site, they've been used to asking all users to go to the "front screen" of Opera so that they can run allocations in SOP as this requires exclusive access
When they do this, users still have tons of opera files "open" & so they cant run the routine.
On other sites:
They come in on a morning & say a site has a licence for 17 users, only 4 can log in. We ask everyone to come out & and can see 3 people have files still open. We have been presuming this has been down to a crash the previous day, but upon inspection the said users havent had a crash at all. But it seems like those users prevent anyone from logging in after the 4 people. Clearing these files fixes in (in computer management. This is just a general client/server set up
So both instances are similar in that Opera isnt closing down files properly but slightly different
We have this logged with Pegasus but as we cant recreate it, an impasse is being reached
