Viewing resumes for more than one manager

We have a situation where we would like to have a manager, who is not the hiring manager, review the resumes for candidates on a particular requisition as this second manager will also be involved in the hiring process. Is there a way to provide a second manager the rights to see a requisition when they are not the hiring manager? Or is there some way to provide the resumes to the interview team through the system? Maybe something in our set up is wrong? The work around is to provide them electronically by opening each resumes and sending via email one by one. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm also very interested in this option. We currently resort to printing the candidate documention, including questionnaire results, which isn't ideal as the documentation isn't very print friendly and its also very time consuming for our recruiters particularly during times of bulk recruitment when we are managing 1000's of applications!

We had the same situation and we recently made the following changes:

1. Managers that are not listed as the Hiring Manager are added to the Interview Team on the requisition.

2. The Interview Team security class, TAReqInterviewTeamAccess_ST, is out of the box so we copied it and added the JobApplicationDocument business class to the new copied security class with a condition: JobApplication.JobRequisition.IsInterviewTeam

3. Added the new security class to the Hiring Manager role and removed the delivered security class from the that role.
