I created a dynamic table with two logical indexes (00, 10) and deployed the same, but it's not shown in the CRS021 or the CMS006 XML configuration program.

To get the logical index in CRS021.
Go to CRS021 --> Actions --> Standard
Enter or browse the table that you would like to see which is missing, then click next.
Now, you can able to see all the indexes of the selected table.
Note: This is not only for dynamic tables, Even for standard tables, if an index is updated, please follow the same steps so that it will provide you the latest index information on the CRS021 screen.

Thank you, Shashank, I believe you understood it wrong, the Business data management export and import will just export the records from the table. Moreover, I did check the business data management the table I created is there I added records as well. This has something to do with some metadata or configuration. Below is the data management representation of the table.
But the logical index is present in CRS021
