Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: Distribution service issues in Certification Program
resulting to longer time before users are assigned or removed
from certification.
- Resolution: Optimize the clearing of certification program users
in the distribution service. Improve performance of batch
distribution process.
Issue: Notification when adding user to space via Admin >
Collaboration > Associate Levels is not yet supported.
- Resolution: Notification profile when adding user to space
through Admin > Collaboration > Associate Levels is added.
ILM Portal
Issue: The Manager's details are displayed instead of the
Learner's details when the course completion document is
viewed through Manager > Employees > Employee Details >
View Transcript > Course Completion Document Icon.
- Resolution: The Learner's details are now displayed when
course completion document is viewed through Manager >
Employees > Employee Details > View Transcript > Course
Completion Document Icon.
Issue: The "User unregistered from course event" notification is
not sent to the users when a course custom notification is
enabled.
- Resolution: The "User unregistered from course event"
notification should be sent to the users when a course custom
notification is enabled.
Issue: Event Past Deadline reminder is delivered the day of the
deadline instead of after the deadline.
- Resolution: Notification for Past deadline should be delivered
after the completion date and Completion reminder should be
delivered before the completion date

Enhancements
Added a Certification Import Utility feature
A new Certification Import Utility feature for administrators to import and add multiple existing
certifications to other levels has been added to the Admin > Certifications > Certification Programs Utility
page.
