The State of Michigan (SOM) is exploring HR Talent functionality and preparing an implementation project recommendation.

We are looking to talk with Infor clients who have

  1. Converted resources and absence management from Lawson to HR Talent and
  2. Are live in HR Talent on absence management and
  3. Are running payroll in Lawson.

We are interested in the overall processing, and are particularly interested in the time record Lawson export to HR Talent import and absence balance HR Talent export to Lawson import processes, including run times.

Ideally, we would like to connect with clients who have a larger employee base.  The SOM has ~52,000 employees.   However, if there is ANY client who meets our request and are willing to share with us, please contact me at bilickej@michigan.gov.
