In WFM module, I am running the Employee import job via Job scheduler but the job is not running (No logs on load or No error message for fail). Both Manual run and scheduled run do not return any information.
Listed below are the validation/ actions I have performed.
1. Check FTP setup for file from GHR (Success and file available in FTP).
2. Check the Interface setup (It is set as per WFM Admin guide)
3. Check the file definition (GHR file and setup are aligned)
4. Ran "Employee Import" job manual and schedule twice a day. I can see Next run date/time updated. But no execution status or log available.
Is there any other action/ setting to be performed in WFM to get the job running?
