Is there a way to link multiple RGS600 runs to one execution with potentially each run having a different parameter such as department and/or fiscal period?

I would Group the Report accordingly instead. Is this not an option.
Rene, What do you mean by Group the Report? Group where? Or one report run with multiple Departments?
On the 'Lines' you can select create a Total (Calculated) and then you can also Aggregate the Report based on one or more of: "Account", "Cost Center", "Faciltiy".The Calculated Line by Department can be used to 'Total' and also 'Page Break' if necessary.
You can also create your 'Lines' specific to a Range of Departments for instance, or just specific ones.
