We are using windows authentication on the DM SQL database. When we add any new users onto the local Active Directory they cannot use the retrieval option on any of the DM menu's. Strangely the capture option works fine. It's nothing to do with the Opera user DM permissions because if we log into windows using an old AD / windows user and then logon to Opera using the Opera logon it's fine. Nothing to do with the PC either, issue follows the Windows / AD user to any PC or TS session. Not using roaming profiles. It's like a licensing issue, customer using full SQL so no user connection limit either.
Anybody had this before?
