ISD (Spreadsheet Designer)

I have a employee that is using ISD, GLTransactionDetail Business Class.

She is unable to access the numerous derived fields in a query where I have those fields available to use

We cleared her cache in Chrome

Questions:

1. Is there security down to the field level in the Business Classes?

2. What reason would one user not be able to use fields in a base table and another one can?

ISD uses the same security layer as the CSF / GHR application. If you have inquiry or add / change access to the GL.TransactionDetail Business class and your employee doesn't have the same security, they will see this result with ISD

very basic thing that no one told me the first 6 months I was using ISD - in the settings, is the field "show all fields" under Query checked? I got access to a whole lot more goodies once I toggled that on!!!

Hey Laura,

Here is where I would start.

Check that you both have the same roles within CSF
Go into the settings in ISD and compare both or your setups.

Thank you everyone for the suggestions. It was the box "Show all fields" that was the culprit.
