CommonSpirit is evaluating allowing some of our functional users the ability to schedule the export of lists to CSV on a recurring basis. The scheduling form is a bit complex for a casual/non-technical user.
We are interested in learning if other customers allow functional users to scheduled reports. If you do allow it, do you have any lessons learned to share with us?
