Hi All

As I seem to be the first to reach this stage, please find the following information concerning my profile: -

1. WHAT IS MY ROLE? I am currently a Support Team Leader for Pegasus Software Ltd in the UK, a company which forms an Independent Business Unit within the European Infor structure. Pegasus produces a catalogue of financial accounting solutions aimed at various mid market business types. I have been with the company for about 3 years and have over 20 years experience of front line customer service in the fields of Information Technology, and Leisure & Recreation Management.

2. WHERE AM I LOCATED? United Kingdom

3. WHAT DO I LIKE ABOUT Infor365Community? The provision of a cross company / user forum enabling the positive exchange of information and experience.

4. WHAT ARE MY INTERESTS? My interests outside of work are essentially anything IT (although I would not describe myself as a geek), as well as various sporting interests of a playing and watching nature including rugby, football and cricket. I love travelling and have visited many places around the globe - my favourite retreat would have to be the mountains of Andalucia where you are able to lose yourself and forget the hectic style of Western living.

5. WHAT MIGHT PEOPLE NOT KNOW ABOUT ME? I have spent 15 years researching my Family Tree.

What is your role within Infor and how long have you been in that role?
I joined Pegasus around 20 months ago and I am one of three Support Team Leaders here at the company. Among the 3 of us we look after the support team that deals with around 500 incoming phone calls a week as well as many incidents logged through Infor365 from our business partners.

Where are you located?
I am located in Kettering, which is in Northamptonshire, England.

What do you like about Infor365 Community?
!I like the ability for us to engage in group discussions and share ideas with our partners who use our software. In addition - the ability to add polls and to update blogs will also add interest.

What are your interests outside of work?
Aside from relaxing after a hard days work, I enjoy marine fish keeping, photography, and at the moment trying to learn to speak French!

What’s one thing people would be surprised to know about you?
Despite being in IT Support I am not a fan of PC’s. I am an avid Apple Mac fan outside of work!
