Delays when invoicing POP orders

Anybody seen any delays in OperaII or Opera3 latest version when invoicing POP orders? The process is POP / Action / Invoice / Enter details on header screen / ok / choose Purchase Orders / Enter Order number / select (pick) order.

At this point there can be a delay of between 2 and 12 seconds. Just been on-site today and 2 invoices took 2 seconds and 3rd took 12 seconds.

Tried clearing POP order down but issue is very intermittent. This is not a PC related issue either because we have just replaced the PC. They have about 20 users in Opera.
