Hi Sarah
We have an Opera II customer who uses Draycir's Spindle to generate better looking Debtor letters. They also use this software to email them however this is done using Outlook Contacts i.e pick up account reference on Spindle document and in Outlook there is a contact ADA0001 with an associated email address.
