Early December, an LN Product Enhancement Request Process 2021 Update was provided by Marina ter Haar, Director Product Management.

This is an important process that allows customers to join forces with other customers to make an impact on product direction.

During this session Marina presented on:

• the ERs that have been prioritized and endorsed in 2020-2021
• the ERs that have been implemented and what improvements they bring to LN
• the ERs that are planned for implementation
• the ERs that are now open for review and endorsement
