We recently moved to Cloudsuite from on premise (August go-live) and have started using functionality we didn't previously. Our HR Compensation team posed a few questions related to Incentive Compensation. Any answers or feedback would be greatly appreciated!
- What other organizations are using the Incentive Compensation module successfully?
- In utilizing the Incentive Compensation module, what efficiencies have been realized?
- In utilizing the Incentive Compensation module, what redundancies have been experienced?
- Since the Incentive Compensation module does not provide an out of the box solution for actual bonus award statements, what have you implemented as a result?
- Since the reporting out of the Incentive Compensation module is limited, what have you implemented as a result for record keeping and audit purposes for actual bonuses?
